HVIS 2007: Presenter Information

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Each Poster is allotted a display area of 8 feet wide by 4 feet high
Materials to hang posters will be provided
Posters should be easily read from a few feet away with large graphics and succinct captions
Pages of manuscript are discouraged
Poster set up is Sunday, September 23rd from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Virginia Room
Posters will be displayed from Sunday, September 23rd through the end of the symposium
At least one author must be present at the poster during the designated poster session
Posters may be pre-shipped prior to the symposium
- A handling fee of $2.50 for each poster is due to the Williamsburg Lodge at the time of pick-up
- Posters may not arrive earlier than September 19th and no later than September 21st
- No COD’s will be accepted

After the close of the symposium you may take your poster with you. The HVIS Symposium is not responsible for any posters left at the Symposium site. Any remaining posters will be discarded.
