* Regular Registration fee includes one copy of the Conference Proceedings; one ticket to the Registration Social; continental breakfast and refreshment breaks Monday through Thursday; lunch on Monday and Thursday; one ticket to the Conference Banquet; and a one-term membership to the Hypervelocity Impact Society.

METHODS OF TIMING AND DELIVERY

Every registration form received in the 2007 Hypervelocity Impact Symposium Registration Office is acknowledged by an email confirmation. You will receive an acknowledgement within five business days. If you register after September 14, 2007, or at the symposium site, you can request a printed copy of your receipt at the symposium registration desk.

REFUND POLICY

Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 handling charge, upon receipt of written notice postmarked by August 17, 2007. No refunds for non-attendance will be given for requests postmarked after August 17, 2007; however, substitution of registrants can be made at any time.

Refunds for registration fees will be processed approximately ten weeks after the symposium as per the refund policy.
